Delete your Nadi account

This page is for users of the Nadi app who want to delete their account and its data. You do not need to install the app to make a request.

In the app

Open Profil (Profile), then tap Hapus akun (Delete account).

Without the app

Send your request by WhatsApp or email. The message is ready. Fill in the email or number registered to your account, then send it.

What we need

The email or WhatsApp number registered to your account. We may verify your identity first, before we process the request.

What happens next

We process the request as described in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
