This page explains what data Nadi collects through nadi.fit, why, where it is stored, for how long, and how to ask for deletion.
What we collect
When you fill in the waitlist form we store your name, email, role, gym or studio name if given, city, chosen language, time of signup, link source (UTM parameters and referring page), and browser type. We use no tracking cookies. Visit statistics are collected without cookies and without identifying individuals.
Why
To send Nadi progress updates, to contact you about the pilot program, and, if you are a client, to contact the gym or coach you named. Data is not sold and not shared beyond the providers we use to store it and send email.
Where and how long
Data lives in the database service and email service we rent. It is kept while the waitlist runs, or until you ask for deletion.
Your rights
You can request a copy, a correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@nadi.fit from the address you registered. We handle requests within a reasonable time.
