Nadi App Terms and Conditions
Effective from: 22 October 2026
1. Introduction and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Nadi mobile app for iOS and Android, the Nadi web dashboard, the nadi.fit site, and related services (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by PT Kreasi Inovasi Khatulistiwa, a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and domiciled in Bandung (“Nadi”, “we”).
By creating an account, downloading, or using the Service, you state that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Nadi Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.1 Definitions
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Owner | The owner or manager of a gym, studio, or fitness business that subscribes to Nadi and invites coaches |
| Coach | A personal trainer or fitness professional who uses Nadi to support clients, either under an Owner or independently |
| Client | A person trained by a Coach who joins Nadi through the Coach’s invitation |
| User | Owners, Coaches, and Clients together |
| AI Features | Features that use artificial intelligence to prepare draft programs, exercise explanations, session notes, assignments outside sessions, and suggested adjustments |
| Health Data | Health history, complaints, body measurements, blood pressure, heart rate, and similar data collected through the Service |
| User Content | Data, text, notes, programs, and other material that you enter into the Service |
1.2 Changes to the Terms
We can change these Terms from time to time. We will announce material changes through the app, WhatsApp, or email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you are considered to have agreed to the changes. If you do not agree, you can delete your account at any time.
2. Accounts and eligibility
2.1 Minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old, or married, to create your own account. Clients under 18 can only use the Service when their parent or legal guardian has given consent, and the Coach is responsible for making sure that this consent exists before inviting that client.
2.2 Sign-up and login
- You can sign up and log in with an email address and password, with a Google account, or with an Apple account.
- You must give data that is true and up to date, and keep your device and your email account secure.
- One email address and WhatsApp number are for one account only. If your email address or number changes or is no longer active, contact your Coach or us right away so that the account can be verified again.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect access without permission.
2.3 Roles and access limits
Each role sees different data. These limits are part of our service promise and are enforced in the system, not just in the display.
| Role | Can see | Cannot see |
|---|---|---|
| Client | Their own programs, assignments, session summaries, and progress | Other clients’ data |
| Coach | Data of the clients assigned to them, including the Health Data needed to train them | Data of other coaches’ clients |
| Owner | Attendance, package status, retention, process compliance, and billing | Clients’ program content, session notes, assessment results, complaints, and Health Data |
2.4 Obligations of Owners and Coaches
Owners and Coaches who invite clients to Nadi state that:
- the invited clients are real clients who are being trained or will be trained;
- they have the qualifications, certifications, or licenses required to provide fitness services;
- they will not use data from Nadi for purposes outside training support, including third-party marketing; and
- the service relationship, packages, and payments between the Coach or Owner and the client are a matter for those parties, not for Nadi.
3. The Service, AI Features, and health limits
3.1 What Nadi provides
Nadi is a work tool (copilot) for Coaches. Nadi provides session logging, assessments, program building, assignments outside sessions, reminders through WhatsApp, progress reports, and an owner dashboard. Nadi is not a training service provider, not a health facility, and not the Coach’s employer.
3.2 The Coach makes the decisions
- All output of the AI Features is a draft. No program, note, or assignment becomes active without the Coach’s explicit approval.
- The Coach must review, adjust, or reject every draft based on their professional judgment, and is fully responsible for the programs and instructions they give to the client.
- Output of the AI Features can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for certain conditions. Do not rely on it as the only basis for a decision.
3.3 Not medical advice
Nadi does not give diagnoses, treatment, prescriptions, or medical advice, and does not replace doctors, physiotherapists, or other health professionals.
- Talk to a doctor before you start a training program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, are recovering from an injury, or take certain medicines.
- Stop training and get medical help right away if you have chest pain, shortness of breath, severe dizziness, fainting, or unusual pain.
- In an emergency, call 112 or 119. The complaint report feature in Nadi is not an emergency service and is not monitored in real time.
3.4 Risks of physical activity
Physical activity carries a risk of injury. The Client understands and accepts this risk when following a program from their Coach. To the extent permitted by law, Nadi is not responsible for injuries or losses that result from doing the training, because carrying out and supervising the training is in the hands of the Coach and the Client.
3.5 Availability of the Service
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that the Service is free of interruptions or errors. We can change, add, or stop features, with reasonable notice when the change has a material effect on you. Delivery of WhatsApp messages depends on Meta’s services and can be delayed for reasons outside our control.
4. Fees, payment, and cancellation
4.1 Who pays
The Nadi app is free to download. Nadi does not charge Clients. Subscription fees are billed to the Owner or Coach who subscribes, based on the plan and price in an agreed written offer.
4.2 How to pay
- Subscription invoices are issued per period and paid through the methods we provide, for example bank transfer or a licensed payment partner.
- If a subscription is bought through in-app purchase on the App Store or Google Play, payment, auto-renewal, and refunds are subject to Apple’s or Google’s terms. To cancel auto-renewal, use the subscription settings in your Apple ID or Google Play account, at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- WhatsApp conversation fees, if any, are shown as a separate line on the invoice.
- Prices do not include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
4.3 Price changes
Price changes are announced at least 30 days before they take effect and do not affect periods already paid. Special prices locked for a set period stay in effect until that period ends.
4.4 Late payment, cancellation, and refunds
- If an invoice is unpaid for more than 14 days after the due date, we can limit access to paid features after giving notice. Your data is not deleted because of late payment.
- You can stop your subscription at any time. It stops at the end of the current period.
- Fees already paid are not refundable, unless the law requires it, Apple’s or Google’s terms for in-app purchases provide for it, or the Service cannot be used because of our fault.
5. Content, prohibited use, and intellectual property rights
5.1 User Content
User Content remains yours. You give Nadi a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, process, and display User Content only to run, secure, and improve the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission ends when the User Content is deleted, except to the extent that storage is required by law.
Programs that a Coach saves in their personal library remain the property of that Coach. Nadi does not share a Coach’s personal library with other Coaches or with the Owner without the Coach’s permission.
5.2 Prohibited use
You must not:
- use the Service for purposes that break the law, or to collect other people’s data without a lawful basis;
- access or try to access data of clients, coaches, or studios that you have no right to;
- pretend to be another person or use a WhatsApp number that belongs to another person;
- upload content that is harassing, discriminatory, obscene, or contains harmful software;
- reverse engineer, copy, modify, or make derivative works of the app, except where permitted by law;
- collect data automatically (scraping), run load tests, or interfere with the security of the Service; or
- use output of the AI Features to give diagnoses or medical claims to clients.
5.3 Nadi’s intellectual property rights
The app, software, designs, logos, the Nadi brand, the exercise catalog, and the materials we provide belong to Nadi or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app on devices that you own or control, in line with these Terms and the app store usage rules.
5.4 Feedback
If you give us suggestions or feedback, we can use them to develop the Service with no obligation to you.
6. Liability, termination, and governing law
6.1 Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Service or the output of the AI Features will meet a particular need, produce a particular fitness target, or be free of errors.
6.2 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nadi is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data caused by your actions, or injuries that result from doing the training. Nadi’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Nadi in the 12 months before the claim arose, or Rp1,000,000 if you did not pay anything. This limit does not apply to losses caused by our intentional acts or gross negligence, or to losses that by law cannot be limited.
6.3 Indemnity
Owners and Coaches agree to hold Nadi harmless from claims by third parties, including clients, that result from the training services they provide, the programs they approve, or their violation of these Terms or the applicable law.
6.4 Account deletion and termination
- You can delete your account at any time through the Profil > Hapus akun (Profile > Delete account) menu in the app, or through nadi.fit/en/delete-account. Your data is handled as described in the deletion section of the Privacy Policy.
- We can suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, puts other users at risk, or when the law requires it. Except in urgent cases, we tell you first and give the reason.
- When an Owner’s subscription ends, the Coaches and Clients in that studio will be told and given the chance to download or move their data before access is closed.
6.5 Special terms for the App Store and Google Play
If you download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play:
- These Terms are made between you and Nadi, not with Apple or Google. Nadi, not Apple or Google, is responsible for the app and its content.
- Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app does not conform to an applicable warranty, you can notify Apple for a refund of the app’s purchase price, if any. Beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation to the extent permitted by law.
- Nadi, not Apple, is responsible for handling claims related to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to laws or regulations, consumer protection claims, and claims of infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.
- You state that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo and that you are not on any United States government list of prohibited parties.
- You must comply with the applicable third-party terms, including the WhatsApp terms of service, when you use the Service.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and can enforce them against you as third-party beneficiaries.
6.6 Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties will first settle a dispute by mutual discussion (musyawarah) within 30 days of written notice. If no settlement is reached, the dispute is settled through the Bandung District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Bandung), without reducing your right as a consumer to seek settlement through the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen). These Terms are made in Indonesian. If there is a translation, the Indonesian version prevails.
6.7 Miscellaneous
If any provision is declared invalid, the other provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not mean that we waive that right. You must not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
